SoftForce® Precision Force Control (High-Precision Force Control System), as one of the innovative core technologies of RobustMotion, represents the industry-leading level of high-precision force control systems. This technology utilizes an efficient model predictive control algorithm independently developed by RobustMotion, combined with a high-stiffness force sensor, achieving a control processing frequency of up to 10,000Hz, which means 10,000 calculations per second.Electric actuators equipped with SoftForce® can achieve a force control accuracy of up to ±0.01N (1‰), enabling precise control without overshoot even at high speeds. Through real-time feedback and intelligent adjustment mechanisms, SoftForce® ensures smooth and accurate motion, significantly improving production efficiency and product quality. Moreover, the technology has the advantages of easy integration and maintenance, offering customers a higher cost-performance ratio and lower operational costs.

Softforce® Precision Force Control Technology is distinct from the common current loop force control and sensor-based force control solutions found in the market.
RobustMotion's independently developed SoftForce®3.0 high-precision force control system (referred to as "SoftForce® Precision Force Control"), has perfectly resolved the traditional conflict between force output and speed. Even under high-speed conditions, the system maintains stable force output with extremely high precision (up to ±0.01N), and can effectively handle impact forces, ensuring "no overshoot" during high-frequency, high-speed motion.
