Product Introduction
RM MagiFloater is a cutting-edge, flexible, and intelligent precision displacement and flexible transmission system that differs from conventional motors or mechanical structures.
Based on RobustMotion's breakthrough control algorithms and motion control technologies, along with advantageous support for mainstream industrial bus communication, the RM MagiFloater utilizes a highly integrated stator planar module to generate an electromagnetic field that can be precisely adjusted. This allows the levitation of the mover module above the stator, enabling free and flexible six-degree-of-freedom precise displacement motion. The highly integrated design not only simplifies the mechanical structure design and installation workload but also significantly reduces the equipment's footprint. It achieves free and precise displacement transmission and adaptive precision assembly, inspection, and other process operations.

Each mover can be controlled independently, and it is also possible to achieve a combined layout and modules of multiple stators and movers.
The stator modules are interconnected via Ethernet, and the power controller supports a variety of mainstream industrial communication protocols, allowing for direct connection to upper-level computers, robots, motor control units, and more, forming a complete production unit.
